Field Trips 2009 - 2010

NOTE: Members who go on field trips are going to be asked to submit 2-3 of your best photos from the trip, to the field trip leaders. This way, we can all see how it went, what pictures people have taken, and encourage others to participate in future trips.   Also, please send to the Newsletter Editor - dianeslaunwhite@ns.sympatico.ca and the Webmaster - webmaster@sackvillephotographyclub.ns.ca so that they may use them in the newsletter or website.

  • A reminder to all Members, past & present, about the Club's (Good Will) Policies concerning Field Trips (Day Trips or Weekend Trips). The Executive is working on having "written waivers" for all Members, very soon.  Until then, the Club will use our "Good Will-COURTESY" Policy, as we have for the past 20 years.

    Sackville Photo Club's Courtesy Policy:

Gas Expense - Per car load -- The driver will fill his/her gas tank before the trip begins.
The driver will refill his/her gas tank when the trip ends.  Each person in the car, including the driver, divides the money amount of the total refill.

All Field Trips are AT YOUR OWN RISK  -- It is standard policy, to ask parents of children (member or non-members), under the AGE of 18, to be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian.
